Stephanie is responsible for the asset management of several key investments within the InfraRed portfolio, which are all in the operational phase.
Stephanie also assists the wider InfraRed team in the acquisition of new projects, supports value enhancement initiatives and participates in the development of creative solutions to trending issues. Stephanie is also a director on the boards of several of InfraRed’s project companies, providing leadership on the development of business strategies and plans.
Stephanie played a key role for InfraRed in the stabilisation of several prominent projects following the Carillion liquidation. Before joining InfraRed in 2019, Stephanie worked for Balfour Beatty Investments and then HCP. Her roles spanned new project development, construction management and the operational phases within several core social infrastructure sectors.
She has over 10 years of sector experience. Prior to joining the private sector, Stephanie spent 7 years in education, as a science teacher and Head of Science.
