As the CFO of InfraRed’s Core Energy Funds, Phil leads the financial reporting and management for TRIG, the LSE-listed renewables investment company co-managed by InfraRed. He also supports with fundraising, managing debt relationships, and financial optimisation. In addition to this, Phil is also responsible for the portfolio management of one of InfraRed’s income funds – and sits on several Investment Committees.
Phil joined InfraRed in 2014. He was previously the Director of Project Finance in the Concessions division at Bilfinger. Prior to this, Phil was the Finance Director for the Investment Division of Kier Group for nearly 10 years.
He has extensive experience in both renewables and core infrastructure, having held various infrastructure investment roles over the past 25 years. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Pension Fund Trustee.
