Liliya is responsible for originating and executing infrastructure investments in Europe.
Her primary responsibilities today include sourcing, executing and managing greenfield investments for InfraRed’s capital gain strategies, with a particular focus on energy transition. When she first joined InfraRed, Liliya executed several renewable energy investments for TRIG, the LSE-listed renewables investment company co-managed by InfraRed.
Before joining InfraRed in 2018, Liliya was at Global Water Development Partners, Blackstone’s investment platform into the water and environmental infrastructure sector, focusing on greenfield opportunities in emerging markets. Prior to that, Liliya worked in infrastructure at the International Finance Corporation and cleantech at Thomas Weisel Partners in New York.
Liliya holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Chicago, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
