Kate is responsible for delivering HR operations in addition to supporting specific HR projects and initiatives, to contribute to the development and implementation of the InfraRed People Strategy.
Before joining InfraRed in 2015, Kate held generalist HR positions at Ford Motor Company, and law firms Kingsley Napley LLP and Linklaters.
