Karen is responsible for the oversight of the portfolio management of all of InfraRed’s capital gain funds.
Her primary responsibilities include leading operational improvements, focusing on quality and effective delivery, managing the financial activities of the funds and their portfolios of investments, portfolio valuations and financial and investor reporting. She also provides technical and structuring support to investment transactions.
Before joining InfraRed in 2007, she spent over ten years structuring, negotiating and managing the finances of PPP projects in various sectors including education, healthcare, transport, defence and secure accommodation at WS Atkins and Tarmac. Karen’s background before this was in treasury and accounting for George Wimpey.
She has more than 26 years of experience in infrastructure and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
