Jonathan is responsible for the asset management of infrastructure investments within InfraRed’s portfolio – including HS1 and Affinity Water.
He sits as a non-executive director on the boards of several companies, including the holding company for Affinity Water. He also leads initiatives to implement best-in-class value creation and preservation strategies across our portfolio and provides support on the origination of new corporate investments.
Before joining InfraRed in 2022, Jonathan had worked at PwC for more than a decade, advising private equity and corporate clients on strategic and operational aspects of M&A transactions and post-deal value creation and realisation. Prior to this, he worked in PwC’s Restructuring & Refinancing Tax team, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
