Fernando is responsible for the management of investments located in the Americas, within InfraRed’s portfolios.
He works closely with management teams on the execution of business plans and strategies and sits on the board of a number of our portfolio companies. Recent projects include the management of SH-288 Managed Lanes in Texas, the Turks and Caicos Hospitals, and the Northwest Parkway toll road in Colorado, US.
Fernando has more than 14 years of infrastructure experience, and 16 years of experience in heavy civil project development, toll roads, buildings, and transportation assets. He joined InfraRed in 2018 from Sacyr Concessions – a global P3 developer and contractor – where he was responsible for business development for North America. Prior to that, he was at FCC Concessions, where he led PFI / PPP projects in the Americas.
