David works in the Portfolio Management team for HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed. His responsibilities include managing and enhancing the activities of the fund and its portfolio of investments, portfolio valuation, transaction structuring, and financial and investor reporting.
Before joining InfraRed in 2015, David worked at Clubfinance advising clients on PPP projects and previously led the financial management of a number of PFI projects at Bouygues UK.
David is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
