Tim joined InfraRed in 1997.
He qualified in 1991 as a Chartered Accountant at Deloittes, where he worked on real estate and financial institution clients. His first role at InfraRed (formerly Charterhouse) was Group Financial Accountant, after which he joined its specialist fund management business, leading the financial management and investor reporting team. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Tim has been involved in the development and establishment of a broad range of co-investment structures and has extensive experience of corporate real estate acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals.
Tim is Head of the Finance function of the European Real Estate business. His primary focus is on the financing and corporate structuring of European Real Estate transactions.
Tim is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA Hons degree in History from the University of York.
