Richard joined InfraRed in 2004.
Before joining InfraRed, Richard was at Hines for over 4 years where he specialised in structuring European real estate transactions. Previous to that, Richard worked at Ernst & Young as a tax manager in their real estate group.
Richard Goulder is InfraRed’s Head of Tax and is responsible for advising both the infrastructure and real estate businesses on tax issues. His work includes transaction structuring, due diligence and tax compliance matters.
Richard has a BA in Geology from Oxford University, is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
