Mark joined InfraRed in 1995.
On joining InfraRed Mark was initially involved in a variety of project finance advisory mandates for both public and private sector bidders. Since then, Mark has played a key role in a broad range of transactions in the transportation, health, education, defence and telecoms sectors, including, more recently, the Singapore Sports Hub and New Royal Adelaide Hospital projects. Prior to joining InfraRed, Mark worked for Total SA, where he negotiated commercial terms for North Sea oil and gas developments and worked as an economist appraising asset acquisitions and disposals.
Mark oversees the infrastructure team in the Asia Pacific region, where he was based from 2008 to January 2011. Mark is co-head of the infrastructure development team.
Mark has an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
