James joined InfraRed in 1999.
He has been part of the European Real Estate Team for almost 12 years having joined in 1999 as a real estate analyst. James has been responsible for both the acquisition, asset management and structuring of numerous commercial real estate projects and developments.
James works within the Origination Team of the European Real Estate business. His current focus is to originate and acquire UK based assets predominantly in the office and industrial sector. James recently concluded a joint venture agreement to construct a 1m sq ft distribution facility for a major global retailer.
James is qualified as an Associate Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and graduated with first class honours BSc in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University.
