Iain joined InfraRed in 2000.
He previously worked in joint venture and mezzanine finance at Baltic Asset Management and, before that, within the real estate financial advisory business of Weatherall Green & Smith (now BNP Paribas). Iain trained as a surveyor at Richard Ellis (now CBRE). He has 25 years of experience in the real estate market.
Iain is responsible for Asset Management within the European Real Estate business overseeing the delivery and implementation of business plans and exit strategy implementation.
Iain is a graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
