Harry joined InfraRed (then Charterhouse Bank) in 1998 as a member of its project finance advisory team. He then left for a period of two years to work in HSBC’s structured capital markets business, with responsibility for originating and structuring financings for public-private partnerships, returning to InfraRed in 2004. Harry has over 10 years’ experience working on infrastructure financings from advisory, debt and equity perspectives.

Harry transferred from London to New York in 2008 to head the team that is responsible for investments in developmental infrastructure projects in North America. Harry is currently leading InfraRed’s participation in various social infrastructure and transportation public-private partnerships within Canada and the U.S.A.

Successful projects that Harry has worked on include the New Tyne Crossing (U.K.); the University of Sheffield student accommodation campus (U.K.); the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre (British Columbia, Canada); and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police ‘E’ Division Headquarters project (British Columbia, Canada).

Harry holds a B.A. in Modern History from the University of Oxford; and a Masters in Philosophy in European Studies from the University of Cambridge.
