Gareth joined InfraRed in 1989.
In 1994 Gareth helped start a PFI advisory business working with Public and Private sector clients. In 1997 he co-founded InfraRed’s infrastructure equity business, initially investing principal capital. Gareth was closely involved with raising the business’s first two infrastructure development funds and with the HICL IPO in 2006. Gareth headed the InfraRed infrastructure team from 2002 to 2008 and has led investments including the High Speed Rail Link in the Netherlands, Colchester Garrison, Home Office Headquarters and Falkirk Schools.
Gareth currently focuses on the infrastructure investment portfolio, with specific focus on complex investments.
Gareth holds a BSc in Economics from University College Cardiff.
