Denise joined InfraRed in 2005.
She started her career as a graduate trainee in HSBC. Denise has 7 years’ experience in real estate investment including asset management, acquisitions, disposals and refinancings.
Denise works within the Asian Real Estate team and has recent transaction experience including the development and sale of Metropolis Tower (an office building in Beijing) and the realisation of two pre-IPO financings of Chinese real estate developers. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Denise worked in InfraRed’s European Real Estate team investing in and asset managing commercial real estate in the office and industrial sectors.
Denise graduated with a BA in Economics from Stanford University and is qualified as a CFA charterholder.
