Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)

InfraRed takes seriously its corporate responsibilities to its stakeholders, partners, employees and the wider community.

As a fund manager and investment adviser, we seek to create or add significant economic value to our investments in accordance with bespoke investment policies and much of what we do requires long-term, forward-looking thinking. We believe that ESG factors can materially impact investment returns and our corporate performance. It is therefore a matter of priority to us to take an interest in how companies we invest in and our business partners manage these issues. We encourage partners to adhere to the highest standards of business conduct and implement corporate governance frameworks in line with applicable country codes.

We have developed and integrated ESG analysis into our investment process to ensure that risk factors and opportunities are considered throughout the investment cycle.

We are a signatory of the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment. These principles provide a voluntary framework to help institutional investors incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance issues into investment analysis, decision-making and ownership practices. Subscriptions or memberships to follow other international guidelines, business principles and ethical codes will be considered and this policy will be reviewed regularly and revised where appropriate.
